Pennsylvania - full name: Sandra Marie Fox) is an American voice actress, singer and dancer. Fox has voiced the iconic cartoon characters Betty Boop and Hello Kitty dating back to 1991. Her other voice work includes Chibiusa / Sailor Chibi Moon in Salior Moon Crystal, Lily in the LeapFrog videos, Beth Numbuh and StrikeFace Wong in Codename: Kids Next Door and several others.
She provides the voice of Melissa "Mipsy" Mipson.
