Melanie is Sasha's little sister. She first appears in part 2 in Season of Caprice.
History[]
She is seen for the first time attempting to play her guitar. Close by, Ginger, Macie and Dodie are making friendship bracelets. Courtney is sitting with them as well. As Melanie tunes up her guitar, Ginger gives her a friendship bracelet that she made herself. She says that she's almost nine. Ginger offers to sing her a song she's working on. Melanie laughs even though she promised not to. Then Courtney comes over and calls Melanie a cutie-pie. She then follows it up by misnaming her as Beverly.
Later in part 2, she thinks Ian Richton is Ginger's boyfriend after hearing it from Sasha. But Ginger tells her that Ian is just a guy she goes to school with. In part 3, Melanie comes by the Navajo cabin to pick up her guitar. She follows this up by saying she couldn't sleep, so Ginger offers to walk her back to her cabin.
While walking back to the cabin, Melanie gives Ginger some advice she heard from her mom. She says that your supposed say how you feel or else nobody knows how you feel. However, when Jed and Margie decide to patrol the area, they both quickly run back to their cabins.
At the end of part 3, Melanie lets Ginger borrow her guitar one more time to sing Copper Colored Ponies to Sasha after she takes her advice.
Appearance []
Melanie is a cute eight year old girl. She wears a yellow hoodie, orange cargo shorts and dark blue socks with light blue shoes. Her green collar implies that she's wearing a green shirt under her hoodie.
