Golden Gates Convalescent Homes is a retirement home located
in Sheltered Shrubs, Connecticut. In Carl and Maude, Ginger, Dodie and Macie arrive there in order to do their community service because of their actions in the previous episode Ginger the Juvey. Ginger is assigned to do bingo arts, Dodie is assigned to do bed side reading and Macie is assigned to do dessert distribution.
