Dwayne Cochran is the local garbage man for the Foutleys.

History []

In Kiss and Make-up, he stops by the Foutley home to pick up their trash. He tells Carl and Hoodsey he scored a disinfectant puck from a urinal that he thinks will be cool for playing hockey. He gives it Carl and he says Dwayne has the best garbage. He tells the boys if they want to see garbage they should come with him on "Fat Friday" where he goes to a place where even the foulest garbage smells sweet. He says to meet him at 5am. The next morning, Carl and Hoodsey wait for Dwayne. Darren comes by while delivering papers and figures out why they're out there.

Shortly after, Dwayne stops by and Carl and Hoodsey get in his garbage truck. Dwayne tells them there's three rules of trash bait all of which are location. He says there's lots of things for the taking in Protected Pines. He then drives them up to the gates of the neighborhood. The security guard lets them through. Dwayne says where else did they think he got his croissant from. He pulls up to The Gripling Mansion as Carl and Hoodsey watch Blake as he finishes throwing away his blanket.

The boys search through their trash and find some nice stuff. Carl discovers it was his blanket that Blake was throwing away. Dwayne says it screams juvenile. At the end of the episode, Dwayne stops by the Foutley home and Carl gives him the blanket saying he knows to do. Dwayne says trust him and no one will ever see the blanket again. He then drives off into the night.

In An "Even Steven" Holiday Special, he is seen at the Foutley home for their celebration of Hanukkah and Christmas. He goes up to Ms. Zorski and asks if she's into garbage. She is taken aback by his question. He then introduces himself and says he's a garbage dude. Ms. Zorski says charmed and he kisses her hand as they shake hands. Ms. Zorski then goes to wipe her hand off. He is seen standing next to Ms. Zorski as he and the others applauded his singing.

In April's Fools, Carl and Hoodsey go to the dump and ask Dwayne if he has seen a jar with tonsils in it. He says he remembers seeing them but he thought they were adenoids. Hoodsey asks if he saved but Dwayne says their under a ton of trash. He gives them directions of where to go. He tells them to be careful not to fall into vile valley. Carl gives him a handshake but not before Dwayne licks his hand after finishing his sandwich much to Carl’s dismay. At the end of the episode, Dwayne drops off the boys after they found Blake's tonsils.

In part 2 of Far From Home, Dwayne stops by the Foutley house for his garbage pick up. Darren is sitting next to a trash can and asks him a question. He asks how Dwayne knew he was in love the first time it happened. He says it was when his girlfriend Wilma and her band was playing at the grunge fest. She took a stage dive and landed on him and fractured his collarbone in three places. He ends it by saying she's hot and drives away.
