David Regal is a television producer and writer. He served as a writer for As Told By Ginger. He is best known for his work on Zeke and Luther, Rugrats, Living with Fran, The Wild Thornberrys, Rocket Power, The Carbonaro Effect, Hope & Faith, Life with Bonnie and several others.
He wrote the story and teleplay for the season one episode Kiss and Make-up.
