voice actor. He is best known for his roles as the title characters in The Ren & Stimpy Show, the title character and Roger in Doug (the Nickelodeon series), Phillip J. Fry, Professor Fransworth, Dr. Zoidberg and Zapp Brannigan in Futurama, a seagull in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, George Kilmer in The Oblongs, Sam Melnick in Jimmy Neutron, Rancid Rabbit in CatDog , Popeye and Pappy in Popeye's Voyage: The Quest for Pappy, and several others.
He provides the voice of Mrs. Grimley in Driven to Extremes and Cleetis Boregard in Next Question.
