Aspen Vincent (née Aspen Miller) is an American voice actress and
Aspen Vincent - Dodie Bishop's voice actress
pop singer. She is best known for her work as baby Alice in the Rugrats episode "Hurricane Alice", and has done voice-over work for several CD-ROM games including three different characters for Everquest II, Amanda Payne in the dropped pilot episode of Constant Payne, and Jingle Singer in Rocket Power: Race Across New Zealand.
She provides the voice of Dodie Bishop.
